Man oh man, I wish certain people, whose name begins with a "B" and ends with an "en", would stop being so Goddamn childish. If he was Beebo-and thankfully, he isn't-I'd shoot him in the face. I mean, God, he is so freaking pathetic sometimes that you just want to yell at him. When he finally stopped ignoring me after I didn't react to the little note in my Valentines Day roses, he started crushing on Jenni. She started receiving carnations yesterday, maybe before, with little notes attached. Lisa and Jon and Erin asked me whether I sent them, but of course I didn't. Jen showed me the note, which read "To Jenni. Guess who? ^^" and I thought the writing and note style looked like Ben's, especially the way he writes his "?" and the little "^^", but I wasn't sure, so I didn't say anything. Then today at lunch he was sitting there, fists clenched, staring at the floor, looking really pathetically mad. I was fooling around as usual, and when I looked to see if he was laughing too, he was just glum. I laughed and said "Geez, sorry, Mr Sullen McSullen!" and he glared at me. I mean, I just made a face at him-if he's got a beef, it isn't with me-but Holy Crap, this glare could have killed. Nothing but self pity. After he stormed out when the bell rang, Jenni told me she found out it was him and said she didn't appreciate being sent flowers and little notes, and it's so true. If he's gonna ask her out or how she feels, then Ben could at least have the guts to ask to her face, rather than hide behind the romantical notions of flowers. And yes, I realize that getting rejected hurts, but Ben is being such a baby. Sometimes getting flowers and notes is nice and cute, but one gets the distinct feeling of cowardice rather than real affection from flowers sent by Ben. Plus he should have known that Jenni receiving flowers from a friend who couldn't respect her enough to tell her, when she is running around trying to find it out, would ruin the friendship. Geez.
On the plus, Lisa is making me a piggy!
