My Life Is Suitable Uneventful.

Since when did my dad get so boring? Honestly...the past two days when I called him he just rambled on for hours about the stupidest stuff any parent could ever dream up. Maybe Sharon is sucking the life out of him like a giant leech. Huh.
Anyway, things here aren't so bad. Not much is happening. I am really rather cold.
I'm reading The Da Vinci Code. It's pretty cool, except I haven't gotten very far.
Today, on America's Next Top Model (I watch it because I like watching skinny bitches without brains duke it out) Tyra Banks flipped out at one of the two contestants that were eliminated. It was awesome!
Bedtime now.

Musical Quote of the Day

"When I see you now
I wonder how
I could have watched you walk away
If I let you down
Please forgive me now
For that beautiful goodbye"

-Amanda Marshall CD: Amanda Marshall Track: 4, I believe Title: Beautiful Goodbye

I love that song, I heard it today, as Tristan is using it for his movement piece. It filled me with the kind of happiness one can only get from having a sad and broken heart.

I have ascertained employment!

You read correctly! I have a job. So now, instead of being an unemployed bum with no money, I am an EMPLOYED bum with no money. The job doesn't actually start till June...where'm I gonna get Otafest money?! I suppose if I cleaned the whole house...
Anyway, soon I shall begin training to become a Superstore cashier. Kari is doing the same thing. Awesome. Maybe if I get bored I can throw oranges at her or something. This should be pretty fun. Except between now and Thursday (orientation meeting) I need to get a bank account. So I can have much moneys in said bank. This is funktacular. And I am also having good things happen dram 30-wise so everything rocks. Rocks like a chair.

Nothing to Report

Yup, nothing.
Le Weekend

Went swimming on Friday
Julie didn't drown
Water volleyball with cute boys we did play
On the Thunder Run we went down

Slept over at the house of Sam
A Chinchilla I did hold
Jack Ass the movie was very wham
The vomiting was bold

Went to a job interview
At the Castleridge Dairy Queen
If I don't get the job I'll sue
And eat the manager's spleen

Dad's apartment was the same
A rather boring curse
The constant smoking drove me insane
And, of course, we didn't go and get me a purse (like we were supposed to!)

So now I'm home with my fish and cats
The budgie is still alive
The week to come is looming like poisonous rats
Dreaming of you, I will survive...

Just some lame ass poetry to continue my streak of procrastination.

Musical Quote of the Day

"She spends her days up in the North park
Watching the people as they pass
And all she wants is just a little piece of this dream
Is that too much to ask?
With a safe home
And a warm bed
On a quiet little street
All she wants is just that something to hold on to
That's all she needs"

-3 Doors Down CD: Kitty-Chan's Ultra Cute Death Mix Track: 12 Title: Be Like That
