Yup. So this is Kat in English class.

I should be working on my fucking media project, but I have no desire to right now, as I just finished writing a really hard-not to mention God awful-essay which I probably failed. Although I said that about the last one and I got 90% on it! Hahaahahahah, I am the queen of HALF-ASSING IT! I rule. Major cool. That rhymed! Sorry. I'm really tired.
On the plus side, today I got Hello Kitty toys today from Kari for Christmas, thankyou darlin'! Hello Kitty and her boyfriend Danny! So cute! They're supposed to sing but Kari and I can't figure it out, but it doesn't matter because they are adorable. Yayayay! Woot.
Um...well, tonight I am going to my Dad's, but like a moron I forgot my purse and my keys and my cell phone and wallet were inside...of course, when my mother-of-step asked me if I had my cell, I stupidly said yes. I don't know why. So now I have to call her and tell her that the battery is dead or something. Or I'm screwed.
I cannot tell you, loyal reader, how happy I am that Friday is only two days away! But I have to remember to tell Dave that we end even earlier this week, and I have to call Schnickerfritz and tell her that I can't make it to the movie...hmm. Yeah. I wish this class was over. So I could go and deal with the stupid choral bitches and file and all that crazy crap. God, I'm starting to like choral and art less and less, one because of the teacher and the other because of the students. Woe is me. Oh, but you'll never guess what! I was actually on time for school today! Hooorah! And I will be again tomorrow because I have to leave early because I have forgotten aforementioned purse with keys inside. And I need to buy Samantha's present tomorrow at the latest. Woohooo...god, I have no money.
Well, it's crazy rants like this that make me wonder why anyone even likes me at all. I mean, this is pretty much just me blogging randomly on the school computer to kill some time. I hope I'm not like this in real life. I would be boring and annoying. Bleah!
You guys have no idea how much I'm looking forward to Friday. No idea. At all. So uber-excited! Myamyamya!
Okay, I really ought to go lest someone (i.e. Ms Stevenson, the students around me don't care what I'm doing) catches me and hurts me. Because then I'd cry, and I haven't cried in such a long time and I'm so liking it!
Agh, I pulled a muscle in my foot yesterday. Ouchies...how does someone even do that? I was just skipping and then *twangpain*. Yeah. Not cool. But you know what is cool? All of my friends, and Dave, and my parents, even though the latter drive me insane. Completely. But where did I put that $10.00 Mom gave me? Shit, I hope I didn't lose it. I think it's in my coat pocket, but we shall have to see, and by we, I mean me.
Tomorrow I am wearing my cozy penguin shirt and a plaid skirt with knee socks. Should be pretty cool. Get it? Penguin! Cool! Oh, it's lost on you.
Signing off, class is over, huzzah! No one caught me, I feel so badass!

Musical Quote of the Day

"What you feel is what you are
What you are is beautiful"

-GooGoo Dolls CD: Dizzy Up the Girl Track: 2 Title: Slide
I really need to get some new CDs, I'm running out of songs. Although I don't have any CDs here with me anyway.

Welcome to Sunday morning.

And I use the term "morning" lightly. It's actually 3:00 in the afternoon, but I only finished breakfast about an hour ago.

My mother-of-step is getting on my nerves. She just is. Who cares if we have to have an artificial tree? The point is, she's acting like a martyr because she's "allowing" us to have a fake tree (we can't have real trees in our apartment building) and it's driving me nuts. All that humming and hawwing and whining and moaning! So what if it's not real, it's a tree, isn't it? Just because she doesn't like it, doesn't mean we shouldn't have one. Anyway, I'm ranting now, I'll stop. It's just...guys, this is one of the best Christmases I've ever had, where I really feel in the spirit, and I am trying really hard not to let anyone spoil it for me. Gah.

Well, time to go to Wal-Mart and get stuff. I want to go back to my mom's where I have MSN access....I need to have some conversation with people from the outside world...who are under 25.

Musical Quote of the Day (today's is a little different...)

"We're takin' a ride
To the other side
Of the moon
(Of the moon)

Take it from me
It's the best bit to see
Of the moon
(Of the moon)

Now the work is done
All the games are won
Now the race is run
I fear too soon"

-Jane Horrocks and some guy whose name I don't remember...it's not from a CD but it's from a Christmas movie called Robbie the Reindeer in Hooves of Fire and it's a very good movie and a very good song, entitled "Other Side of the Moon". Don't be fooled, though; it's an English movie and the stupid Americans stole it and just used different voices, like Britney Spears instead of Jane Horrocks. I hate Britney Spears! If you should see this Americanized version on the telly, change the channel immediately, alert me, and I shall soothe your wounds by letting you watch the original English story. Don't worry...shhhh...shhhh, it'll be okay, just relax and watch the funny Irish reindeer...Yeah, you heard me! Irish! Not from New York!!!

I'm terribly sorry, I got carried away.
