Can A Heart Still Break Once Its Stopped Beating?

Yes, that is the question that the new Tim Burton movie, Corpse Bride, poses. It looks AMAZING. Seriously. I can tell, just by watching trailers on the internet, that I will be purchasing this movie. Fuck, Johnny Depp is handsome even as a stop-motion animation figure. Damn his good looks, damn them. Except not really. I've watched the trailer a bazillion times, and I actually think that this movie may be a bit of a tear jerker. I mean, moreso than I had originally thought. Think of it for a second...this girl died in her wedding dress, so obviously something romantically tragic happened to her. And of course, this whole accidental marriage to a living man can't end happily. Or maybe it can. I really want to see it. Unforetunately it doesn't come out until the 23rd of September...a week and...*counts on fingers*...two days after my birthday. I am SOOOOOOO excited! Moreso for the movie than my actual celebratory date of birth party.
In other nerd-tastic news, I am seriously addicted to Legend of Dragoon. I played up to a certain part years ago, and then I stopped. So recently I started over at the beginning. I am almost up to the part where I gave up, at the beginning of the second disc (there are four of them) and it is one of the best games ever. Plus, I downloaded a music video to Evanescences' "Haunted" which was done with the cutscenes of Legend of Dragoon. I was worried that it would spoil something, but it acutally just raised further questions. Dart doesn't die, does he? Don't tell me, I don't want to know! All I can say is I am still not over Lavitz Slambert's death, which I witnessed ages ago. As in, about four years ago. Everytime I get to that part in the game, a small part of me hopes that maybe this time he'll survive.

And, apart from that, not much is up. Went and did some back to school shopping and bought THE cutest coat evah! Can you say anime-chic, anyone?

Today Is Gray...

Yesterday was a wide variety of happy colours. I hope Kari had a good time, too! It was great. I can't believe she didn't know Ewan MacGregor was Scottish. His name is EWAN MACGREGOR, duh! Hahahaha, it was fun.
Today, however, is a gray day. First of all, it's raining. I love the rain, but it renders my house very cold, resulting in me being wrapped up in a quilt and pyjamas all day. Secondly, I have had a bad headache all day, due to the fact that last night I was drawing a picture that took a few hours, in a dimly lit room, without my glasses. Fuck, I'm going to go blind before I'm thirty. Anyway, moreso than that, it's just....one of "those days". Friggin' hormones. One moment I'm fine and the next I'm close to screaming and then I just want to cry. Oh well. I am going now to prepare for the annual countdown to my birthday.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KARIIII!!!

Well, I feel like typing in turquoise apparently. I am a loser. Happy date of birth, Kari. How was my weekend, you all ask? Uneventful. I went to my dad's and had a good time there. He leant me a Monty Python CD and it had me giggling like an imbecile for many hours. Some of my favourite quotes are the following...
