A Street Strewn With Roses

You can imagine my heartfelt delight as I walked down Centre Street to the train station today, in the cool February air, but with a brilliant sun. There is a flower shop just north of 7th ave, inbetween all the art galleries. Outside, there was a big sign that said "Don't forget Valentine's Day!" and scattered on the sidewalk outside the door were red rose petals. All the way to the road, and in front of the entire shop. It was so cute!
